Supplemental Instruction
Supplemental Instruction (SI) is free and available to all students. SI supports students toward academic success by integrating "what to learn" with "how to learn," in specific, historically difficult courses.
Trained peers, called SI Leaders, facilitate optional, regularly scheduled, out-of-class, group study session and integrate adaptive study techniques with content review.
Regular attendance to these SI sessions has historically boosted pass rates amongst attendees as opposed to those with few to no attended sessions.
