Part 2: College Services Campus Life & Support Services

Financial Aid

Cashiers Office

The Cashiers Office handles billing and collection of tuition and fees from students in a professional, courteous manner. You can make payments online, by mail, or by visiting any cashiers office.

They offer Installment Plans that let you take your classes while making monthly payments after you pay an initial percentage of your total tuition and fees.

If you need help with college costs but are running low on time, you may be able to get an Emergency Loan. These short-term loans must be repaid by the scheduled due dates.

Parking

Parking permits are required for each vehicle or motorcycle that will be parked on STC property. The cost is $35 for each parking permit, additional permit or replacement permit.

  • Permits can be ordered through JagNet.
  • Permits must be renewed every Fall Semester.
  • Attach the permit inside the windshield at the lower right-hand corner (passenger side).
  • Only use the adhesive on the front side of the permit (do not use tape).

RAVE

RAVE App

RAVE Guardian is a free mobile app that turns your smartphone into a personal safety device. In an emergency, a one button call to the Department of Public Safety will share your profile with current location. You can also share anonymous tips to campus police.

You're automatically enrolled with RAVE Emergency Alert to get campus emergency alerts and campus closure notifications through text, phone and email. You can also update your contact information as it changes through the STC Rave Alert portal.
