Student ID
You are responsible for getting a Student ID when you enroll with the college. Students are expected to show a Student ID at all times to be identified as a current student and when conducting college business. Your ID gets you access to services including the library, computer labs, and the Centers for Learning Excellence (tutoring).
Student ID cards are available free of charge at all Enrollment Centers. The cost to replace an ID card is $15.
Requirements to get a Student ID:
- Be registered for classes for the upcoming semester.
- Present a valid ID (High School ID, Driver’s License, Texas ID, Passport, etc.).
It must be the physical ID - a photo of an ID is not valid.

Blackboard is your system for online learning and includes communication with faculty and other classmates. With Blackboard you can receive mobile updates about courses, complete assessments, participate in discussions/sessions, and view your grades.
