South Texas College provides the opportunity for kids to explore and expand their interests and skills through engaging, hands-on activities. Our diverse camp offerings are designed to keep minds sharp while having fun. Bring your child so they can get involved in a wide range of camps.
For your convenience, camps are held throughout the Rio Grande Valley at our Pecan, Mid-Valley, Starr County and Technology campuses, including Pecan Plaza.

This session introduces essential information on additive manufacturing technologies within the Makerspace program. Topics covered by this workshop include: Understanding 3D Printing technologies Available equipment, software, and materials 3D Printing guidelines Overview of Makerspace appointments 3D Modeling with TinkerCAD As a hands-on learning activity, participants will learn how to create a simple 3D model to print and take home!

In this camp, participants will play tabletop games using scale military miniatures and scenery, with games based on wars from different periods of history, as well as science fiction and fantasy. The games include small pieces and dice.
