Green Line

The Valley Metro – operated JagExpress Green Line connects the STC Starr County Campus in Rio Grande City to the STC Pecan Campus in McAllen. The bus makes various stops along the way for pick-up/drop-off near Sullivan City, La Joya and Mission. The JagExpress Green Line Route 60 – Roma route connects the STC Starr County Campus to Roma City Hall. The bus also stops at Escobares City Hall and at the bus station in Rio Grande City. The bus station is located at 407 E. Mirasoles St., Rio Grande City.

The pick-up/drop-off location for each campus is as follows:

  • Starr County Campus: Building E at the Circular Drive
  • Pecan Campus: Cooper Center, Building L
