This course covers communication skills as applicable to individuals or groups in the workplace. Includes skills in listening, writing, and verbal/non-verbal communications.

This is the first part of our last level and this course is a 40-hour course. The course emphasizes using Standard English grammar in writing paragraphs and short compositions. Students work on developing effective simple, compound and complex sentences. Students write descriptions, narrations and paragraphs in which they give reasons for their opinions. They will then move on to short, multi-paragraph compositions. Student will require book for this level, one book covers all sections.
