Educational Aide

You will also learn the duties of a Teacher Assistant/Aide, be able to identify methodologies and classroom management techniques, identify control technique and assessment strategies, compile strategies for developing effective instruction and identify state standards. Texas Education Agency requires students to gain certificate then gain employment with a school district before applying through TEA.
