“Creating Magic for Jags allowed me to accomplish my goal of graduating from the STC Police Academy. It also allowed me to take the next step forward, achieving my dream of becoming a Hidalgo County Sheriff Deputy where I am currently employed, moving forward in my law-enforcement career.“

“When I had to get an emergency loan to be able to take classes, the Creating Magic for Jags scholarship helped me make the down payment. This allowed me to reduce my financial stress and let me focus on my studies instead of working more hours to be able to afford my classes.“
- Alejandro Vega Jimenez
Creating Magic For Jags Recipient
“I had just paid for my textbooks and I was having car issues, so I was really feeling the stress of wondering how to pay my $300 balance. I decided to start a payment plan with STC even though I was still tight on money. At the Cashier’s Office I was graciously told that my balance was paid off through a Creating Magic for Jags scholarship. I am so grateful for this blessing and immediately thanked God and those who funded this scholarship.“
