South Texas College provides 30 online certificates, associates and bachelors' programs online allowing you to take your college with you during times of deployment and relocation.

Army

The following steps are provided to assist you through the registration process:

  1. Choose a degree program
    1. To be eligible for military Tuition Assistance, you need to pick an academic program. You must also have an official degree plan on file on the GoArmyEd portal. Browse our degree programs
  2. Apply on GoArmyEd
    1. Create an account on GoArmyEd portal. GoArmyEd enables eligible active duty, National Guard, and Army Reserve soldiers to request Tuition Assistance and apply to South Texas College
    2. After creating an account, designate South Texas College as your home college
    3. Select a program of study
  3. Submit official transcripts
    1. Request and submit your Joint Services Transcript, records from all previous colleges you have attended, industry certifications, etc.
    2. Contact your Education Center to request TA Assistance.
    3. Purchase instructional materials.

Marine Corps / Air Force / Navy / Coast Guard

The following steps are provided to assist you through the registration process:
