Test proctoring services have been suspended until further notice. Please contact your course instructor to arrange any make-up exams.

If you need to take a make-up exam at the CLE, your instructor must first submit a Test Proctoring Request. If the request is approved and the CLE receives the exam, you will need to contact your campus CLE to schedule your testing appointment one day in advance. Appointment Procedures

When you schedule your appointment, you will need to provide the following:

  • Name
  • A-number
  • Instructor Name
  • Subject, Course, and Section (i.e. MATH 1414 P30)

Testing Procedures

On the day of your appointment please follow the list below.

  • Please arrive for testing at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
  • You must provide a student ID at the time of the exam.
  • Bring any supplies that are needed to take the exam, as permitted by the instructor.
  • Personal belongings must be left with CLE staff for the duration of the test.
  • Students are not permitted to leave the testing location during the test.
  • If academic dishonesty is suspected, the test will be suspended, and the instructor will be notified.

For ADA accommodations, an approved Modification Plan must be on file at the CLE. Any accommodations beyond a distraction-reduced environment and/or extended test time must be coordinated with the Student Disabilities Services office.
