Please note that that STC District service area (Hidalgo and Starr Counties) falls into two different planning units that correspond to the Local Workforce Development Board service areas. When you are using TWC and LMCI resources, you may need to look for information in both the Lower Rio Grande Valley region (sometimes referred to as Hidalgo/Willacy Counties) and the South Texas region (which covers Laredo to Starr County).
