With this distribution,
the Team is comprised of 36 voting and non-voting
members, with a total of 18 votes, of which 9 represent
faculty. If both the member and alternate are present,
only one vote may count. The alternate may vote in the
absence of the member. The IE Specialist and the
Institutional Effectiveness & Assessment (IEA) and
Research & Analytical Services (RAS) Directors and
researchers are ex officio members and will be allowed
to cast a vote only to break a tie.
a. Each
representative shall serve a recommended minimum
two-year term, unless relieved of service by the
appointing Division Dean or Departmental Vice-President.
b. Vacancies
occurring in this Team shall be filled by alternates,
with a replacement alternate appointed by Division Deans
or Department Vice-Presidents.
