The goal of the Job Placement Office is Mission Success. Our mission is to serve the students and alumni of Hidalgo and Star county by educating them of the potential employment opportunities which surround them. The placement office serves as a medium in an attempt to bridge the gap between students and employers. A segment of our mission is to build strong relationships and fulfills the needs and demands of the business community. The Placement Office of South Texas College serves as a tool utilized to enlighten students of available resources, job search skills and techniques, which will assist them in their job search venture and lead them towards successfully securing employment.
