Grading Criteria: Grade Recorder GB1 (online class), Spring 2012. You may PRINT this page and use it to record your grades. (Save trees, don't print unless you are going to use it, and try to reduce the number of pages used.) Note that the instructor will not post grades. Some assignments are graded by Blackboard and are automatically posted in "My Grades". Also note the following about the "new" My Grades on the new Blackboard Learn platform: When the class shell was transferred from the old shell by the Blackboard people, the resulting transferred course shell came out with a "bug" -- some old assignment no longer used in class cannot be removed from My Grades with the normal method. Just ignore. For the list of class assignment you have to do this semester look at and pay attention to the "Grading Criteria".
To get the grade compare the statistics with the numbers given for these assignments in the Grading Criteria on the Class Hub page. Add the numbers together -- a perfect score is 100, minimum 90 is an A, minimum 80 is a B, and so on. If you don't wish to fill in the Grade Recorder, you could still use it as a LIST OF CLASS ASSIGNMENTS, and keep an eye on the list as you progress through the semester...
The due date for the assignment is also given (as date, or pending a later update). The due dates can also be obtained in the Semester Calendar on the Class Hub page.
Your final course grade will be reported as a letter grade to STC at a date required by the college at the end of the semester, and will not be posted by the instructor. (Most students get their final course grade on JAG-net.)
