Mission Statement
The counseling office is committed to creating a sensitive environment that is conducive to student development by providing multi-faceted educational, personal and professional support and services to students, staff and faculty of South Texas College. The Counseling Office accomplishes this by assisting students in achieving educational and personal goals through district-wide provision of educational, career and personal counseling. In addition, the office provides a large variety of workshops in the areas of academic skills and personal growth and development.
