       - telephone
       - e-mail  -or-
       - the creation of technical work orders
• Maintain software license database
• Maintain user account database
• Create work orders for e-mail account creation
• Create monthly and weekly production reports of technical performance
• Other duties as assigned or delegated by client services coordinator
