Function is to generate work orders for the Technicians as the
client needs are called in via the IS&P Help Desk Center from Our
Faculty/Staff and Students at South Texas College. Provide support through
the use of the telephone to try to resolve any technical issues that
might arise, by coaching via telephone or also the use of SCCM
Server Management Remote Software. Provide support to the
Technicians out in the field whenever required to assist on projects or work orders.
Support by providing web services for the I$&P Help Desk, Client
Services departments.

Function; to provide assistance in developing Web pages, and
training in the use of FrontPage and Image composer.
Function; managed STCC’s Web site and conformed to STCC
