To change password by the client

From the assigned telephone

1. Press button label messages.

2. Press the asterisk (*) button

3. Enter your ID follow by pressing # sign (ID is your last four digits of your phone)

4. Enter your Password follow by # sign( this is the password assigned to you, which is usually 1346

5. Press 4 to setup options

6. Press 3 to setup your personal setting

7. Press 1 to setup your new password

From another phone within the campus

1. Dial your extension (the last four digits only)

2. Wait until recorder answers

3. Press the asterisk (*) button

4. Enter your ID follow by pressing # sign (ID is your last four digits of your phone)

5. Enter your Password follow by # sign( this is the password assigned to you, which is usually 1346

6. Press 4 to setup options

7. Press 3 to setup your personal setting

8. Press 1 to setup your new password

Calling from another phone outside the campus.

1. Dial your extension (use all 7 digits for local call and all 10 digits for long distance)
