Welcome to Audix
1. Dial Audix at campus
locations using only last for digits from inside any campus.
If calling from an outside line, dial the following numbers:

2. Audix will prompt you
to enter you extension followed by the # sign.
3. Audix will prompt you
to enter your password followed by the # sign.
The first
time your password is
just
# sign.
Press #.
After two tries hang up and start over.
4. Audix will tell you
that you need to record your name. Press 1 to start.
Say your first and last name. Press 1 to stop and # to
approve.
If you don't like how it sounds Press 1 to rerecord.
5. If a password is required,
Audix will tell you how many digits your password should be.
Please choose a new password of the appropriate length.
Enter the new password and #.
6. Audix will ask for
confirmation. Reenter your password and #.
7. You should now be at the main
menu. Press 3 to "Administer Personal Greetings"
the press 1 to "Create Change Delete Greeting".
Press 1 to choose the 1st of 9 greetings.
8. At the tone, say your
greeting:
"Hello, thank you for calling (say company
name). You have reached the voicemail
of (say your name). Currently I am unable to take your
call. Please leave a detailed
message including your phone number, and I will return you
call as soon as possible.
If you need immediate assistance press 0 for an
operator"
9. If you make a mistake while
recording Press 21 and at the tone begin again.
10. Press 23 to hear the
greeting before approval.
11. Press # to approve
the greeting or 21 to Rerecord.
12. Press 1 to activate the
greeting for all calls then# to back out.
13. Press * * 9 to exit
system.
