IS&P Help Desk
The IS&P Help Desk
is a branch of the IS&P Client Services Department from
the Information Services and Planning Division (IS&P).
Working closely with Technology Support Services, Media
Services and Information Systems, Client Services
coordinates the efforts and activities of the IS&P Help
Desk to provide faculty, staff, and students with
technical support and information. Through our call
center, walk-ins, and on site services the IS&P Help
Desk provides a full range of computing assistance.
Our Mission
is to maximize operational efficiency in the college by providing timely
solutions to client requests related to technology issues, and efficiently
manage change to continuously improve the quality of the IS&P Help Desk
services, the usability of the system, and the effectiveness of training.
Help Desk Hours:
Monday through Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 pm.
Fridays 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

If you have a technical emergency during evenings,
weekends or holidays, and you need to reach a technician, leave a message on the telephone
system and a technician will return your call. The telephone system has an
outgoing call feature that allows clients, who feel that they have a technology
problem to contact us.
If you call the IS&P Help Desk after our hours
of operation on a weeknight, or call during a weekend, the automated system will
prompt the following message:
Thank you for calling the IS&P Help
Desk. If this is an emergency, please press 4, leave you message and a
technician will be paged to return your call. Otherwise, press 0 to
leave a message and we will return your call during working hours.
You are welcomed to submit
your questions to us outside of those hours through the campus email.
