All maintenance, repair and minor construction of building systems and components across the two county community college district is executed and managed by the maintenance staff. These dedicated professionals must repair all types of air conditioning equipment, from individual window units to the state of the art chiller system serving the entire Technology Center. Day to day challenges include installing additional electrical outlets, setting controls, fixing locks, hanging signs, painting parking lots, replacing ballasts and tons of other things too numerous to name, but you can always count on them to get the job done.
 
To request maintenance services, submit or fax a Maintenance Work Request to the Maintenance Department.
 
To request keys, submit or fax a Key Request to the Maintenance Department.
Lost keys MUST be reported to the Maintenance Department IMMEDIATELY in memo form.
