The
Facilities Planning &
Construction Department is responsible for the planning
and
construction of
capital improvement projects for the entire STC
district. This department is
also responsible
for coordinating with design professionals for design of new and
renovated
facilities, for
coordinating with construction firms during construction, for
maintaining
construction
documents of all buildings; for updating and maintaining space
inventory
software; for approving and coordinating
the
relocation of faculty and staff; for
managing
the use of
leased facilities; and for monitoring the
purchases of furniture. |
