Mrs. Florinda Rodriguez received her Bachelor’s in English with a minor in Reading in1991 and a Master’s in Reading in 1994 from UTPA. Prior to STCC, she taught reading for 11 years in a junior high setting during which she also received her certification in Mid-Management.
