Architectural Drafting
(Create Floor Plans)
The architectural degree plan is geared towards the illustration of architectural and structural features of buildings such as homes, schools, offices, and other public substructures.  Students are exposed to AutoCAD 2009, AutoCAD Architecture 2009, 3-D Viz 2008, 3D Studio Max 9, Revit 2009, and Google Sketchup Pro 7 software.

Civil Drafting
(Boundaries, Points, Surveying)
The Civil Drafter prepares drawings of both above and below ground conditions. Such drawings include Topographical Maps, Property Boundary Maps & Surveys, Utility Design Maps (water distribution and sanitary sewer collection), Drainage Plans, and Grading Plans. The fore mentioned play an important role in preparing a site for the construction of highways & roads, bridges, buildings, parks, lakes , homes, and many other developments. Students in this degree plan are also exposed to AutoCAD 2009, Micro station V 8.5, and Land Desktop 2009

Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
(Mapping Database Information, Satellite Images)
A GIS Technician deals with in depth satellite images & mapping, can demonstrate land based maps and imagery in conjunction with tabular data to help find solutions to problems ranging from analyzing, and projecting environmental damage to crime pattern detection, and finding emergency response routes. ESRI Arc GIS 9.3 is the main software for this  Degree plan.

Design and Technical Graphics(DTG)
(3-D Modeling, Graphic Design)
Our Digital and Technical Graphics deals with the needs of AEC firms (architects, engineers, contractors) in 3-D modeling projections.  These images are used every day in marketing, communication, and design production. Students will utilize their skills for the creation of computer 3-D model renderings and animations, digital photographs and video production for presentation purposes. Software used in this program are Adobe Photoshop CS 4,3D VIZ 2008, 3D Max 9, Adobe Indesign, and Google Sketchup Pro 7.
