Consideration of Fraud - Employee Survey

Management’s objective is to encourage a conscious environment sensitive to fraud detection and prevention. In an effort to meet this objective, many of you have been randomly selected to participate in the annual SAS 99 Fraud survey which serves as a fraud risk assessment tool. If selected, your supervisor should have provided you with the survey and requested your signature on the SAS 99 Survey Acknowledgement form indicating you received the survey. Please give as much detailed information as necessary for the auditors to fully understand your answers.

All responses will be maintained by STC’s Internal Auditors in a professional and confidential manner. STC’s management appreciates your support in maintaining an honest and safe workplace.
