CASH
CHECK - will be processed electronically
    • Personal Check, Temporary Check, Credit Card Check, Out of Area Check
      1. The payer's driver license or any other state I.D. must be presented with the check.
      2. CheckRite system is used for verification of checks.

CREDIT CARD: Visa, Master Card, Discover Note: Payments made by mail and credit card payments over the phone must be received or paid prior to payment due date

Dropping a class or withdrawing does not cancel your indebtedness to the college.
If your debt is not paid, you will not be allowed to:
  • Attend classes after a specific announced date
  • Receive grades
  • Request transcript
  • Take final examinations
  • Receive any other information
Financial aid will not be applied to any prior term balances. These have to be paid by the student directly. Failure to make payments may result in the account being sent to collection. The student will be responsible for collection costs, including attorney's fees, court costs, and professional collection agency fees. Fees will be assessed regardless of payment method.
Emergency Loan Program is a short-term loan to pay for tuition and fees. Therefore, loan must be repaid.
  • Student may apply for an emergency loan until funds are exhausted.
  • Student must be 18 years old
  • Applications are available at the financial aid office.
  • Emergency loans are not available before or after the processing period.

    Fall: July 25, 2008 - September 10, 2008

  • Due date for Fall: November 14, 2008

If outstanding balance is not paid in full by due date a $30.00 late payment fee will be assessed.
