Installment Payment Plan

  • Payment of tuition and registration fee by intallment is available during the term.
  • To qualify the student must:
    • Complete an installment payment agreement form;
    • Be enrolled at STC for the term;
    • Not have an unresolved balance with STC;
    • Student must be at least 18 years of age or have a parent sign as a guarantor.
  • Eligible students may elect one of two payment options during Fall 2008 registration:
    • Full payment of total tuition and fees, or
    • One-half payment of total tuition and registration fee plus other applicable non-deferrable* fees due at the day of registration. The remaining balance will be divided into two installments. The first due before the start of the sixth class week. The final payment will be due before the start of the eleventh class week.
  • Incidental fees associated with the installment payment plan are as follows:
    • $30.00 processing fee
    • $30.00 fee for each late payment
  • Instructor will be notified within 10 business days of the last installment.
  • Students who fail to make full payment of tuition and fees, including any incidental fees, by the due date may be prohibited from registering for classes until full payment is made.
  • Non-deferrable fees include the following:
    • Installment (Processing & Late) Fees
    • Emergency Loan Late Fee
    • Drop and Add Fees
    • Reinstatement Fee
    • Insurance Fees
    • Credit by Exam Fee
    • Audit Fee
     
Installment Due Dates - Fall 2008
1st Installment Due Date: 2nd Installment Due Date:
September 24, 2008 October 29, 2008
(Late Payment Fee will be assessed if total balance outstanding is not paid by scheduled due date).
