HOW TO ACCESS AND USE

1. Click on Start.
2. Click on Search.
3. Click on Files or Folders.
4. Click on Computers.

Points to Ponder
There will be only one Performance Indicator on each screen.
There will be two Performance Standards for each Performance Indicator—one for Year One and one for Year Two.  They may be the same or different.
Supporting Units and Data Sources may be the same or different for each year.
More Points to Ponder
Activities for both years may be entered at the same time.  Remember to identify the term and activity number for each year (e.g., 20041, 1; 20041, 2; 20051, 1; 20051; 2, etc.).
You may use the Clipboard to copy and paste; however, you cannot open the Clipboard in Microsoft Access.  The Clipboard may be accessed through Microsoft Word by following the steps on the next slide.
Copy and Paste Made Easy
Open a Word document
Click on the Tools menu
Click on Customize
Click on the Clipboard box
Close the Word document, and the Clipboard will stay open
The Clipboard will hold up to 12 entries.  You may paste just by clicking on the desired entry.
