Mission Statement
The Office of the
President will provide leadership and strategic
direction for the growth and development of South Texas
College in its mission to serve the educational and
training needs of the citizens in Hidalgo and Starr
counties by:

Leading the
institution with integrity, commitment and passion
for the mission of the institution.

Providing accountable
leadership and expecting accountability from all
segments of the College.

Implementing policies
as approved by the Board of Trustees and
administering the College under the direction of the
Board of Trustees.
